Cédrick worked at the SNCF and Stéphane as a charge d'affaires in a bank. They decide to change their life and work in a bar in Nice. After 9 years of working in this bar, they want change and renewal. They need to take the time and live experiences of sharing, exchange and conviviality, in harmony with nature. Thus, in August 2013, the Alpen Roc was born. This chalet is the accomplishment of their project, it perfectly reflects their values and convictions.

In September 2019, it was in front of the whole of France that they shared their passion for hospitality and their region, by participating in the television program "Bienvenue chez nous" on TF1. This program puts different guest houses in competition on cleanliness, hospitality and the various services offered.
